HAVE BEEN WAITING AT THE CARDINAL MEDICAL GROUP SINCE 9AM ITS NOW 2:30PM AND THEY CLOSE AT 3PM AND STILL HAVEN'T SEEN THE ONLY DOCTOR IN ENTIRE BUILDING. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED, NO SENSE OF URGENCY, CARELESSNESS AT FRONT DESK AND NO SPACE TO SIT IN LOBBY.

My son has been going to this doctor since he was born, my son is now 6. He never realized that he had a heart murmur. The only reason we found out was because we ended up in CHLA emergency and the doctor asked us if we knew if he had a heart murmur. The staff is rude and I don't speak Spanish and they keep leaving me voice mails in Spanish. When I go to the clinic they refuse to give me paper work in English. Then besides that every time I go I personally have to call my insurance in order to
