First of all, he can’t be 67-years-old if he graduated med. scool in 1967, as his profile states, unless he was a genius that became a doctor at 16. He is more like 76 years old. He schedules many patients at one time and rarely spends more than 5-10 minutes with established patients. I trust his knowledge, but his scheduling and very short visits are unusual. He works one day a week at five different offices in the area. Each office had a separate number and staff, so scheduling can be confusing if you see him at more than one location. Staff his normally pleasant but I think they too can sometimes become overwhelmed keeping up with the doctor’s packed schedule and all the tests and paperwork that come with the volume of patients.

Very difficult to get a call through to the office, hold times up to 30 minutes, s disconnects, rudeness abounds. Spent over 6 hours trying to get through to the correct person on 2 different dates, just to have my records transferred to another Dr. Answering staff won't give you their names. Dr. is very rude to person with the patient, ignores them completely, mumbles when he speaks. Brings a resident in with him and doesn't ask permission nor introduces him to patient.

I've only seen Dr. Margolis twice. I was very discouraged b his back is always to me while he's talking. After waiting to see him 1-2 hours past my scheduled appt time he spends less than 5 minutes in the room. Your next appt time is always scheduled b4 you leave. I doubt if I will return. If I have to wait that long in the lobby I would at least like to know that you have time to listen & show some type of concern
