Dr Bolnick has made it possible for me to work and enjoy life with very little of my former pain. As a cancer patient this is a true blessing.

Outstanding Doctor who cares
I'm very happy to be a patient of doctor Bolnick's. You always get the same doctor every visit. He's very balanced, he never comes in there every time with the goal of wanting to help. He really cares about his patients and wants to see them do well. I'm not just another medical record tossed in the corner. He's knowledgeable in pain management and addictionology.

Should Never Be in Charge of Pain Management, EVER
My sister, and I gave this Dr. a chance, we truly did. First off, he comes into a room, barely making eye contact. He has a prepared, blanket plan, for all of his “patients”. He starts off by telling you he’s going to cut your current pain meds to 3/4 of what you’re taking, because your body won’t notice the difference. Guess what? Those of us in daily, SEVERE PAIN, in fact do notice! He also made remarks saying my 3, level 10 hydrocodones a day for pain, after 24 years of intensifying osteoarthritis in my spine, qualified me as an “addict”. This man is clueless as a pain management doctor, and should be removed from practicing. DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR HELP! He is the worst!

Caring Doctor
He is very prompt and I don't have to wait long. He listens to you about your feedback when taking medication. He orders the test to find the exact nature of the pain. I would recommend Dr Bolnick to anyone that has a pain issue.

If I could rate him less than a one I would.
He got up and threatened to not see me twice. Once when I was tearful. “I can’t treat you if you don’t stop crying.” The most non compassionate physician I’ve ever seen and I’m 65 years old. Being a nurse I have worked with doctors that are difficult to work with, but never met any one like Sr. BOLNICK! He also prescribed Suboxone which is a treatment for addiction. I have zero addictions, and this medication is not authorized to use as pain in the USA. I had a horrible reaction to the Suboxone. Sent at least 5 messages to him via Mu Chart, and not one was answered.

Big Improvements!
My experience with Dr. B went from crazy office, short visits to great care. I now have good conversations with Dr. B. and in the last 3 months have not had to wait longer than 20 minutes which is such a huge improvement. The staff are all making a sincere effort for better patient care

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bolnick for over 3 years. I realize there may be people that dislike Dr. B however, he’s been very good to me and he’s very thorough. I have multiple health issues (Lupus, Cancer etc) He has provided me with top notch care, stayed in touch with my other doctors to ensure testing has been completed etc. He’s always taken the time to sit and talk with me, ask questions, explain procedures I may need and, why he felt it was best for me. I drive an hour and forty five minutes each month, because I trust him and appreciate the care he provides. I will stay with him as long as he’s in practice, I trust him, he’s extremely knowledgeable in many areas of medicine, not just addiction.

He doesn't listen to you are your concerns about your health and he treats you as if you are a drug addict. I don't abuse drugs he is not a pain management doctor he is a addiction Dr. He gives you just enough pain meds for a month sometimes I need more than one every 12 hours but he doesn't care I feel and his nurse is very rude. But other than that he's an okay doctor

First i would like to say that I have never done one of these reviews- Dr. Bolnick's bedside manner was none like I've ever experienced. He doesn't not listen to your concerns or opinion you have. He is not a caring Doctor with a goal to help a patient. He is disrespectful, rude, (raising his voice and makes you feel like you are some kind of dope head) he interrupts and won't let you speak. Degrading remarks about other Dotors. He refused assisting me in a obtaining or or managing medication under his care. Medicine that I've been prescribed for almost 30 years and would be careless and extremely dangerous to be cut off abruptly. Adding, he continued to refer my medicine to a different name and class of drugs. I was not allowed to correct him. I do not recommend this Doctor if you are seeking assistance. I rated this doctor a one star because there was nothing lower.

Dr Bolnick is an "Addiction Specialist " and a very bad one. 3 questions should be asked. 1 ever overdosed 2 rehab/trmt. 3 do you abuse narcotics. I was brought back 3 times due to him having an appt at the res same time. 2 week f/u was canceled somehow rebooked and gone when I got there. he was on the phone the entire visit. 3rd I actually introduced myself. He said come back. I'm kicking myself for not realizing he never asked me those questions. He only wants you off narcotics.

Dr Bolnick is one of the most serious, goal-oriented doctors I have ever been to. He seems driven to find a diagnosis for the source of the patients pain and or illness. Without hesitation he goes out of his way to reach out to other professionals in order to help diagnose! Without a doubt one of the best doctors ever! His nurse Kendra and his front admin Eric are also A Plus!
