Better doctor than person
A wonderful example of a human being who abused & falsely imprisoned me and scores of others at Centerpoint Hospital. If you or someone you loved was held there after 96 hours without a commitment hearing, YALL ARE CRIME VICTIMS, NOT PATIENTS! PLEASE FILE REPORTS WITH EVERY RELEVANT AUTHORITY ABOUT HER AND ANY OTHER DOCTORS THAT HELD YOU FOR INSURANCE RANSOM.

Video chat. Really
Telehealth
Sat in an empty room and talked to a TV. This is no way to treat someone. She never met me before and didn't seem interested in me. This 'doctor' leaves a lot to be desired. Really don't ever want to go back.

She doesn't call in refills when they are due
Getting Dr. Singh to call in my refills on time is like pulling teeth. I even start calling the refills in 1 week early and still get them at least 2 weeks late, and these are medications I'm not supposed to stop abruptly, but every month, for over a year now, I have been forced to do just that. Now my family physician believes that stopping and starting a medication abruptly that I should not do has been effecting my heart and general health. Literally, Dr. Singh is making me sick...

The office is getting worse and worse at even basic functions: refills, answering calls, basic courtesy. The wait is hours, every time. It's not worth it.

Dr. H. Singh absolutely saved my life. She is a wonderful, caring and compassionate doctor and a consummate professional. I have often witnessed her and her dedicated staff hugging patients, smiling encouragingly and walking with the patients in a kind and attentive way. (Note: she is currently treating me, in part, for germaphobia so she fully respects my issues and boundaries in that regard.) The wait time to see her can be long at times but that is only because she spends lots of time w/ u.

Waited three hours past my appointment time, while a parade of walk-in patients came in in front of me. They don't have the capacity to handle a normal workload and then more patients appear out of nowhere to bog them down. THEN she did not call my pharmacy back for weeks and I had to pay full price. ALSO she used the wrong diagnosis code and an out-of-network lab sticking me with a $500 lab bill for routine blood draw. STAY AWAY

Dr. Singh is friendly and competent but not very punctual. Her staff is an absolute nightmare: unresponsive, over-booking, unsympathetic, and incompetent. I've waited 3+ hours for a scheduled appointment, had them lose documents, refill meds multiple days late, and every time talk to me like it was my fault. Go somewhere else.

The office staff is horrible. I was told I was the next to be seen and an hour and a half went by so I asked the receptionist when would I be seen because I had to go to work and she said she didn't know because she didn't know where Dr. Singh was. Multiple patients were griping about the wait time and one patient even started yelling at the receptionist saying she's racist. I thought a fight was about to break out. I know that this is a psychiatry office but the clientele is an issue...

I absolutely love Dr. Harmeeta Singh. The length of time IUI have waited to see her has been ridiculous. I still havnt made it a deal breaker to find a new Dr though. Although It is real close. All things aside Dr. Singh is by far my favorite Psyciatrist I've seen!!!

I never got to see Dr. Singh because my wait was so long i had to reschedule. Got to their office 10 minutes before my appointment, then i waited for an hour and half and still no one had given me any paperwork to fill out. Finally at 2:30 ( my appointment was at 1 o'clock) I went up to the receptionist to reschedule. The receptionist was confused why they were so backed up. She gave me new patient paperwork to fill out and rescheduled me for the next week.

Dr. Singh really listened to me at my new patient appointment. She didn't take me off of my meds or change them all around like most drs. She even added on a medication that really helped me. I waited a few hours to see her but to me it was worth it because it is very hard to find a good pychiatrist taking new patients and the ones that do are the ones that hurry you out of the office with a prescription.

Dr. Singh seemed relatively competent from a medical perspective. However, her office is absolute chaos. Her office manager overbooks. You may be forced to wait hours. She doesn't return phone calls (or her staff doesn't give her the messages). Find a doctor who is more responsive.

Dr. SIngh is nice. She seems like an experienced doctor willing to listen and help. However, the entire practice is a disaster. Lost all my documents. Twice. Never cancelled an apt after calling multiple times to cancel. Waited over 2 hrs for my appointment. The staff is so unprofessional and disorganized, my insurance sent me a letter to inform me of the amount of times they tried to contact the office for information and never heard back.
