Great allergist. I guess some people need more hand holding but I was just there to help get rid of my allergies and he's helping with that a lot. I was so bad that I'm happy he worked fast and he does explain but in a very straightforward manner which I guess some may not like. I was glad for it otherwise I would use up all their tissues. While in the waiting room I asked a family that was there for their opinion and they said they've been going there for about 2 years and that's why they don't look like me anymore. Proof is in the pudding :)

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE service! Dr. Kothari doesn't explain what he's going to do and just says "go into the room" and suddenly his nurse gives you a test with 60 needles. He is in a rush to see as many patients as possible. Despite me asking him to explain the course of the treatment, he just gave me a piece of paper to read and charged $350 for "consultation". 2nd appointment, I had to ask his nurse what will be the treatment after the diagnosis and she said 4-5 years. This was never communicated!
