Excellent Wound Care Doctor
Dr Haris Mirza is treating me for a wound on my right leg. He is knowledgeable as well as friendly. He definitely knows what he is doing. Wait times are a little long, but he makes sure you get the attention you need. He meticulously works for me. I definitely do not mind the wait. It's definitely worth it. I highly recommend Dr Mirza.

I feel so hopeless. Ive been waiting over 2hours
Telehealth
After two months of calling and nobody there answering the phone to take an appointment, I already had a bad feeling. Then, the day of my appointment (scheduled for 12 p.m.) I received a text from their staff telling me that I was not scheduled properly and she sent me several different forms and links to fill out. This was at 1130. I had them done in 10 minutes. It is 1:49 p.m. and I have not yet seen or heard from this doctor. Over the last two hours I have read plenty of absolutely horrible reviews, here and on 4 seperate Lyme disease forums. I am so sick and now this. I don't think I've ever felt more helpless than to have to rely on people who don't care about me to help me. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Unhelpful and Rude
I came to this practice for Lyme treatment after being misdiagnosed for 18 mos. He claims to be Lyme-aware because I found him from Global Lyme Alliance. My time with Dr Mirza was a waste. He delayed appropriate treatment and added unnecessary stress. - Appointments are rushed and he's basically reading to you from the CDC website. - He talks over you and is extremely rude. He insulted my dentist and made sly comments about my primary care doctor, yet he's never met any of them. He yelled at me because I asked questions. - I came to the practice with symptoms of a fungal/yeast issue and he dismissed the possibility without testing nor evaluating me. My current doctor performed the tests to confirm and I'm now on appropriate treatment. - He missed a Hashimotos diagnosis and the fact that my secondary immune system is nonfunctional, which I am now being treated for. - His Lyme treatment is rigid and he does not provide treatment options. He does not account for biofilms.

Had to give a star to continue..do not recommend!!
The most arrogant Dr we have ever encountered. His words were I don't have time to research his own records with what medicine his PA prescribed while my mom was in the hospital. He was extremely rude... However, his PA was extremely helpful when my mother was in the hospital.. He certainly has given this Infectious Desease Office a Horrible name.. Please beware of this Dr. If assigned to you, please ask for another Dr. In the group.

I HAD INFECTED BLEEDING WOUNDS ON MY LOWER LEGS. I FIRST SAW DR MIRZA AND GOT STARTED ON A SERIES OF INFUSIONS AND LEG UNIBOOT WRAPPINGS. MOST OF MY CARE WAS BY AMBER SOSA ARNP AND KAT MANN RMA. I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED.

I would like to commend the Ocala Infectious Disease and Wound care Facility for the excellent care I have been receiving..They have a kind and caring staff-with a special shout out to Heather and Pam in the Infusion Center. I have received the very best treatment there and the entire staff has bent over backwards to facilitate my experience. I couldn't be in better hands. I would recommend this treatment center.

Dr Mirza was my mother's doctor in a hospital setting 3 months. He often say he see me on particular day but never showed. Since I slept /stayed throughout the ordeal, I know his follow up was deplorable. Worse was his inability to stay a course of action when the patient was actually improving. My mother's labs and physical findings all showed great improvement and at that time he insisted on changing courses. With my vehement disagreement he changed medication Tx and she died soon after.

After 3 MDS, 2 ENTS, and a dentist. 4 antibiotic prescriptions, 5 antibiotic shots, 2 prednisone prescriptions , 4 prednisone shots I feel Dr. Mirza has made more progress than anyone or anything else I have done. While we are still working on getting to a diagnosis of my illness, at least I feel he has taken the situation seriously and proactively. I think he is the best doctor and most knowledgeable of any other I have seen so far.

The care my husband has been getting from this office is terrible. My husband gets infusions at home. One whole week he did not get one of the medications he needed because the office screwed up on his order. Ever since then he has not been getting enough of that medication. We called the office yesterday to tell them about it. They said not to worry that he will get the medication. He did not get it. So one day he will not get the medication he needs. So fed up and angry.
