Very compassionate
I started seeing Dr. Kwok this past year. It was nice to go to a doctor that actually listens. Dr. Kwok explained everything to me after my colonoscopy which I completely was able to understand.I feel comfortable with the care and the treatment that I received from him and his office staff.I personally could definitely recommend Dr. Kwok!

AVOID this doctor
Went in for my 1st appt for possible internal hems, told him everything I was experiencing he told me 'well you won't feel internal hems and they should be bleeding if that is what you have, we need to do a colonoscopy' his bed side manner was horrible and he had me in tears when I left. He mentioned colonoscopy about 4 times, sounded like he wanted my money for one. I told him I want a second opinion and so happy I DID! I in fact had INTERNAL HEMS!!

Women over counter called Tatania is very rude

I was referred from my primary provider to Dr Hansen, unfortunately after waiting 2 weeks I couldn’t make appointment and called the office to know and is there anyway to ask Dr if he can schedule my appointment but the lady over counter called Tatania was super rude and unprofessional literally saying she can’t do that, sounds like she’s tired of working and u willing to talk with patient. I wonder how she works with patient everyday if she’s that rude and unprofessional. This rating is for her I wish I can give her 0 star.

Office staff needs improvement
Their office received the referral from my doctor but never called to set up my appointment. Then, when I called to see if they received the referral, I was told I could come in tomorrow -- thanks but that's not possible -- or call back the 1st week of December and see if we've received the doctor's schedule for 2024, yet. Person who answered was dismissive and cold.

Bad service with the office associate ever
A good doctor please have good team work , otherwise you will lose all your credit for trust. When I called 2 weeks ago regarding for appointment been told under review the referral will take about a week , so I waited 2 weeks to called back today been told still under review, I asked when is the good time to check back and the lady said I have no control with the processing , please be nice to your customer, no one would like to beg for your service! you are not the only doctor in the world. if you have bad day do not go to work and pass your S*** to the customers.

I think that the woman answering the phones should practice being a little less unnecessarily rude to callers/potential new patients. Will not be using his services as a result.

Very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Kwok. It took over a month to get an appointment, then another 5 weeks to get a procedure scheduled, and now its been a month and I cannot get results from my tests. That's a quarter of a year and I know nothing more than the day I went in. Find another doctor.
