You can't even see him . Allegedly booked till2025
Unless you want to be treated by a nurse,do not attempt to see this guy. He will not see patients in person till 2025 according to his receptionist. He wants your money but can't see you in person. He is on every insurance panel listed and states he accepts new patients. What kind of doctor let's his nurse do his work because he is booked till 2025. Such unprofessionalism and misleading patients. His license should be revoked for this con game!!

He is very patient in listening to his patients more than any of other doctors we have ever seen. He spends great deal of time on both appointments and online messages. Sometimes we are wondering when he has chance to rest. Many doctors don't pay attention to the details, but he will dig out the old records and compare them with the recent data. He then provides his opinion based on the analysis. This type of doctors is hard to find nowadays. Probably this is the reason that is hard to book an appointment with him. Nonetheless, we rather would like to wait longer time to see Dr. Yu than to choose the doctor who has no patient to listen and is rude towards the patients. We are being selfish to say, " Dr. Yu please do not retire because many of your patients need you." This is a compliment though. It is grateful and thank you.

Dr Yu has been right on about every diagnosis he's made for me. His style isn't to be pushy and he really knows his field. The man has seen it all. More than anything though, he cared about my situation and followed up perfectly. He's super busy and has a lot of patients, but he focused on me and got it right.

I would not recommend him to anyone. Both of my parents received his care for over 40 years, because they knew his father, but he is heartless and incompetent and does not care about his patients. My father passed away after being diagnosed of Pancreatic cancer, which Dr Yu missed. The tumor was discovered at St Mary's ED and the report was sent to Dr Yu to follow up. He never followed up or went to see my father during the 2 weeks from the discovery of the tumor to his death in the hospital.
