Cancer testing & no outreach from primary
6 months of cancer concerns incl biopsy today & ZERO outreach by this doctor. I even had an annual physical scheduled where I was anxious to discuss my mammogram results & that I confirmed several times including the day of only to show up & have a clerical insurance error prevent me from seeing my doctor. Office staff is unforgiving making multiple mistakes. They don’t care and are extremely rude. Incredibly disappointed w this poor level of care. Dr. Karim has received no less than 10 updates on my cancer screenings w 0 outreach. I believe bake.

Dr. Karim is the BEST!
I have been a patient for several years now and she is by far the best Primary Care doctor I have ever had. She is very pleasant and answers her Patient Gateway messages immediately. She always finds time to answer all my questions and is extermely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to any one seeking to get the best medical care. Thank you Dr. Karim for not only having a great staff, but having you as my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karim's for 3 to 4 years. I am always able to get through to the office. Someone always gets back to me. Doctor Karim as well as all of the staff are personable, courteous and attentive. All of my health concerns are immediately addressed and if appropriate a referral for further testing or to a specialist is made. All my interactions have been positive. I am glad I switch from my prior doctor to this practice.

Dr Karim has been my PCP for about 5 yrs, and my experience with her and the Walpole office is different from the reviews that rate her one star. She (actually NW Hospital) uses Patient Gateway, which allows me to request appointments, see current and past appointments, see test results, request referrals, etc. I can also send messages to Dr. Karim, a LPN that is assigned to me, a nurse and an office person. All respond to messages within a few hour. I recently had an issue which I reported through a Patient Gateway Mesg and Dr. Karim ordered me tests, reviewed the results and prescribed medication within a half day. As a follow up, she recommended that I see a specialist, and gave me 3 names along with contact info. Getting through to NW Hospital was not so easy (several methods, and some never responded to voice messages).

I have been seeing Dr. Karim for 4& years now, I have acute back pain, had surgery and still suffer daily, during the corona virus she advised me to go to a ER, I had requested she order a test, she said she could not do. I went to a ER, they informed me that only my pcp who was treating me for this condition could do that. Spent 9 hours, exposed myself to a ER environment, which resulted in exposure to my son and elderly mother (86), all for nothing, so very very disappointed. She spends more time discussing my weight, smoking, my priority is my back, tackle rest after, I will be making major changes in my health care provider(s).

Where do I even begin? I have been seeing this woman for years (and should have left a long time ago). For starters, she never remembers me. Any medical issues I've had, she tells me to come back after I start exercising more; doesn't know the difference between birth controls, has denied me birth control, and has asked another family member of mine how much medication she should prescribe them. Don't bother wasting your time, find a doctor who is going to care about you.

WORST RUN OFFICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Can't get a message through to the doctor. Can't get regular prescriptions refilled in a timely manner (meds run out). Office Manager (Debbie) endangered my mother's health, and is a NASTY, RUDE woman who threatened to call the police on me when I showed up in person to demand an Rx refill that I'd requested 10 times via phone, and my pharmacist had sent multiple refill requests for. Inept office not equipped to handle anything beyond a hangnail.
