Dr. Han Sohn, MD

Dr. Sohn and his PA provided a very good analysis of the issues at hand. And I was referred to his colleague for further treatment at their Towson location. I however was very put off with the reception staff and the condition of the patient restroom at this location. The receptionists did not greet or interactive with me kindly at all, which left me feeling I was interfering with whatever they were doing. The patient toilet was unuseable for it appeared to be encased (inside) with something looking like black mold. I mentioned this to the receptionists in which they replied that they were aware of the toilets condition. Additionally, I was told the toilet ALWAYS like that but it was still clean. I did not use the patient restroom. If you can see Dr. Sohn at one of his OTHER locations, I would advise it.

All about the $$$. Dr. looked up my nose with a scope for ~ 3mins and it ended up costing me not only the $40.00 copay, no problem, but it cost an additional $150.00 which was not disclosed as being an additional cost for what is considered a "medical procedure". Once done, I was told I had a problem with my sinus on one side and sent for a CT of my sinuses. Well, I knew there was a problem before I went into the office. Anyway, folks, just make sure you receive full disclosure when you go to this particular office. I won't be going back, because I don't trust the veracity of the "professionals" supporting this operation.

Completely wasted my time. No help, and no clue how to help. Avoid at all costs

Dr. Sohn is great he performed my septoplasty surgery and everything went amazing I can breathe out of my nose after several years of major congestion . I will definitely recommend Dr. Sohn . he's the best !! He's very patient and understanding . All of the assistants in his doctors office are great as well ! I'm always in and out when I go there I love it !

My experience at Total ENT care was awful. The people in the office are very unprofessional and rude to patients. The office is very unwelcoming and the staff are very unprofessional. I will definitely be switching doctors and finding someone else. The doctor doesn't seem enthusiastic at all and barely made eye contact with me to make me feel comfortable. Also, the way they answer the phones should have warned me not to go.
