Dr. Haleh Hamidi, MD

I would def recommend Dr. Hamidi. She is kind, she listens and she takes her time with you. She is awesome!

I visited Dr. Hamidi while planning for pregnancy, as I have hypothyroidism. Since my thyroid hormone levels were high for pregnancy, she recommended a higher dosage of medication. However, she mistakenly prescribed a much lower dosage instead of the increased one. When I noticed the error and called the office, they corrected the prescription but did so without any apology.Regarding the incorrect pills I received, which couldn’t be returned due to policy, they advised me to take three of the lower-dose pills to reach the correct dosage. I followed their instructions, but later realized I was accidentally taking three pills from the new, correct dosage for 10 days, which led to an overdose and caused me a lot of anxiety.This entire experience was filled with confusion, all stemming from the initial mistake by the doctor. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Dr. Hamidi has been my OBGYN for the past 24 years. She has been very good to me, most specifically, she listens to my concerns. I don't mind the 40-45 minute drive (one way) to her office for my annual check up. It's worth the trip.

Dr Hamidi is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner. She immediately made me feel comfortable and has always been very thorough in her work.

Dr. Hamidi always asks me how my nine grandchildren are doing when I see her at my annual physical. She has so many patients that I’m sure she doesn’t remember everyone’s personal information. She must write notes in each of her patients’ charts. I appreciate the time she takes to connect personally with me. She’s always willing to take time to answer any and all of my questions.

Dr. Hamidi is attentive and I've always felt safe under her care. She allows time to ask questions at each visit and I've never felt rushed. She's always pleasant and easy to talk to.

Dr Hamidi has been an awesome doctor towards me. Although I had no complaints she did my yearly exam and felt that something in my throat felt off. She referred me to an endocrinologist and he was amazed that she found out I had Graves’ disease! She always takes time with me and is always friendly! I really like and appreciate her as my doctor!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr. Hamidi denied me a referral to a doctor that I desperately needed to get a cerclage to save my child. She told the nurse to tell me to get it from a MFM group who wasn’t even familiar with my situation. She knows I have a severely incompetent cervix and I needed this surgery to ensure that my cervix would stay closed since I already had lost two babies and had a 27 weeker. It would cost her nothing to give this referral and she still refused.

Dr. Hamidi is very caring and knowledgeable in her work. She is prompt and good follow-through. She performs da Vinci procedures which cut down your recovery for certain GYN surgeries

Doesn't really communicates or helps her patients. She comes off as insensitive and doesn't even offer you the courtesy of speaking with her personally when in the labor and delivery unit. She monitors you for about 45minutes to an hour and even if you show heavy signs of labor she discharges you until and tells you tocome back at a later time if you experience the same symptoms but as for now you are holding up a bed.
