Anything I had a question about or had a concern with he would always have a positive attitude and a variety of suggestions for me to choose from.

Office and Dr. Are easy to reach and work with scheduling appoints that fit your needs. After first appointment can do over phone appointment for refills. Always send message to remind you of appointment and refills. Doctor doesn't rush, and expensive test are not always the first or only options. His office is bussy but wait times are never long. Office staff is friendly and helpful.

I’ve been going here for almost 10 years now Dr. Nguyen is quick prompt, caring and thorough and overall I would say outstanding both the doctor and his entire staff. I would recommend them to any family and friend and do actively do so.

I was there 5 weeks ago and asked for a prescription for 3 times of getting cold sores. He gave me 8 pills. Instructions are take 2 pills twice daily. So….. if a person has a cold sore for 7 days- they would need 14 pills. I called this morning to ask for a refill. Girl at front desk IS extremely rude! When I received the CVS pharmacy update, it showed that he has given me 4 pills. Still not enough for the first go round and then I have zero for the next flare up and the one after that. I called the office back and got another employee who was equally as rude! I had problems at this office before but was willing to give them another chance. I’M DONE! I do not recommend this practice.

I am excited to be able to visit Dr Nguyen...the appointment process has been amazing so far...a very quick response and they were able to accommodate my schedule. We look forward to our office visit later this month.

I first started seeing Dr Nguyen about 3 years ago or so. One day I was feeling terrible and my regular doctor couldn't see me. I decided on the way home to stop in. I was able to get an appt as a new patient that very day. Since then I have made him my primary doctor. I've never been told they are too busy or any other nonsense some offices tell you.

DESERVED ZERO STAR.....Dr. Hac Nguyen is VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DR HAC NGUYEN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE WELLBEING OF EVERY SINGLE PATIENTS. NO RESPECT. NEVER BEEN TO A CLINIC WITH SUCH ATTITUDE AND DOESN'T HAVE A WORK ETHIC. ONLY ONE OF OUR FAMILY GOES TO HIM BUT NOW, THAT PERSON WILL NEVER GO THERE AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERY BODY KNOWS. BEING A DOCTOR, YOU NEED TO TREAT EVERY PATIENT WITH RESPECT. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM.

I Currently take antidepressants and really need them to keep me level. When I was almost out, I called and spoke with the receptionist. She informed me that the dr had left early for the day and she’s send him a message and then call me back the next day. Next day, I hear nothing. Because of my work schedule and them being closed the next day, I had to wait till today and call again. I explained the severity of the situation, this being day 3, and she said that she’d send a message to the dr and call me back. When she calls me back, she informs me that my prescription is ready to be refilled and I could have gotten this on Friday what I originally called. I asked her why I wasn’t told this that day so that I could avoid the thoughts of killing myself, and her response was that I needed to calm down or she wasn’t going to speak with me again. This rude individuals name is apparently only 2 letters. If you want to see a dr that has staff that cares, find anyone else to see!!!

They refused to call my insurance provider AARP Medicare Complete through United Health Care for coverage of costs. They insisted they would bill Medicare Health Insurance. This is NOT my insurance. They would have refused to pay and would have referred them to my insurance company. They wouldn't even take the phone number or call Medicare or my insurance agent!!!

Dr Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable. I trust him with the care of my entire family.

ALL HER STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY WITH GREAT ATTITUDE! UNFORTUNATELY.... THI NGUYEN IS ALWAYS SCREAMING AT STAFF!!! SHE IS VERY RUDE. I RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES FROM THIS CLINIC ALL THE TIMES ABOUT THE SAME REASON!

I was in the waiting room and I hear a lady screaming and I was surprised because it’s always a very calm and positive environment. She was screaming to the employees that they will not get paid unless she received her money. Ambition. She is very rude to her employees. It’s sad. Dr. Nguyen is a great Doctor but it’s the 2nd time this happens. She needs to understand her employees run his clinic.

I wish I can gave him zero star! Terrible experience! I felt he rushed me to see next patient. Greedy and heartless doctor! New patient fee $25 and referral fee $17! If y’all go to google and search his name a lot of people had bad experiences liked me!! I should read the reviews before I went see him! I never come back there!!!! I hope he can read this and stop greedy anh help or take care patients more

My visit was not a pleasant one - my issue is with the manager as she was extremely rude to me and her employees. I will not be returning if she continues to be employed there. I made sure to notify my friends and family to avoid this clinic at all cost, unbelievable!

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor but unfortunately I will not be returning due to the manager. I was waiting for my appointment when she started yelling and speaking to the employees very rudely. I did not like the way she handled the situation and spoke to them. It is not the first time I’ve been in the lobby and heard her yelling at the employees. Unprofessional and rude. Because of this I will not be returning.

Long time patient and have referred many friends and family to Dr. Nguyen. When my son outgrew his pediatrician, he wanted Dr. Nguyen for himself as well. Excellent doctor, quick & convenient appointments.

Great doctor, really fast as well. The front desk staff was lovely as well.

STAY COOL DOCTOR NGUYEN !

I used to be a patient next door. Then a few years back I decided to attend the clinic since Doctor Nguyen went on his own. I was so unpleased with the staff that used to work there. Recently I have been very ill. I decided to give doctor Nguyen another try. My opinion has completely changed. The staff is very helpful! They are a great team. Love the positive energy. Overall my yearly physical was fast and not painful at all. Thank you to the lab lady San. Completely Satisfied.

This clinic is pretty convenient - I came and came out really quick. I love the staff, and all the smiling and friendly faces. The young ladies were all very helpful, especially the young lady Cirena. All in all, I will definitely recommend this place!
