Had apoitment May 30, 2024 in Tapestry 360 Health 1300 W Devon Ave. My doctor was not there this day, and Michael Curtis was rude and not professional. I felt ignored and dismissed during my appointment. The doctor didn't listen to my concerns, and I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Just waste my money and time! Very BAD experience. Very disappointed.

Never felt like he really listened to my issues. Very quick to dismiss symptoms and say "You're fine. Come back in another week if it's still bothering you," as if that wouldn't be another $100 you'd have to spend. Says he's not judgemental, and I do think he believes he isn't, but certain comments and facial expression he makes indicate otherwise. Never felt completely open around him. Once took him two weeks to get my lab results back because he forgot to upload them to the patient portal. In general, he's hard to get in contact to fix errors like these. You really have to take the reins about scheduling follow-ups, know what care you're entitled to, and auditing his decisions. Otherwise you will completely fall through the cracks.

Alright so this doctor is so rude and is unprofessional. Being a doctor, they should be polite and patience with the patient. I took my dad to this doctor in the heartland center. We waited for him, and once he came in he is like oh this and that and he didn't ask if my dad is suffering from any other problem. He just talks and talks and doesn't listen to the patient. He is rushed in getting out of the room for other patient and when my dad point out that he is having other health issues, he just slammed his laptop in the desk and closed the door so hard. He yelled back saying why would u tell me about ur problem as I'm about to walk out. When my dad was sharing his problem to the doctor, he just walked out. Being a doctor, he should allow the patient to share his ongoing problem not just talk talk talk and not let the patient talk. He really scared me. I would not recommend this doctor at all.
