If you want an insurance nightmare go here . My insurance is under wellcare my child after birth goes under the Same plan . We took my daughter to he 1 weeks and 2 week visit to this practice. I had a visit scheduled today for her 1 month visit. They called me yesterday (aug.3) to inform me that they were not in network with wellcare and I would be responsible for both visits out of pocket. That I would need to call and get the switched to caresourse (which I did) but the change wont go into effect until September 1. Today Aug.4 I had the 1 month appointment scheduled for 10.30 am . I get a call at 9.45 that her insurance hasn't changed (because caresorce doesn't go into effect until the first of the month) they state Dr. Delaney said they cant see her until that's changed that self pay isnt available for this appointment even though they will be charging me full price for the other ones.

Couldn’t imagine taking my kids anywhere else! The doctors and nurses are caring and attentive to their medical needs. Great location, office clean and updated. Same day sick appointments and not long wait periods to be seen.Y kids have been patients for 13 years.

I would give Dr. Delaney, Dr. Miller, and Vickery Pedicatrics zero stars if I could. They speak down to their patients and are flat out rude. Wait times are long, and I have never experienced such disrespect from a doctor. If you are looking for a pediatrician who will partner with you and provide knowledgeable & compassionate treatment, do NOT take your children to Vickery Pediatrics!

We were so happy with Dr. Delaney. We moved to WI last year and I wish we could have bring her with us. Excellent attention, explains everything to mom and kids in a way that was easy to understand. Very patient and calm, good listener.

We have been coming to this office for 9 years. We find all the staff to be very friendly and caring. They follow up on your plan of care and are genuinely concerned about your child. Also you feel like a part of a family because they remember you, your children and history

The team at Vickery Pediatrics has always taken the best care of our kiddos. From the warm welcome when we first arrive to the scheduling of any follow-ups; and everything in between. They genuinely care and take the time to listen. I have always been able to schedule a same-day appt. if I need it. In the case of referrals, the specialists they recommend are top notch! I'm so thankful for the entire Vickey Pediatrics team! Thank you!

After much research on schooling and residence. I knew Dr Delaney and Vickery Pediatrics was the right choice for me. Her office staff makes check in and check out a breeze. Love the separate sick and well waiting rooms. Very little wait time between being put in a exam room to seeing the Dr. Compassionate, through, and professional.

Dr. Delaney has been seeing my kids since they were newborns. She is the best. She always takes her time and listens to everything you have to say!!!

My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Delaney going on 6+ years. The staff has always treated my daughter with great care, sincerity, and respect. Dr. Delaney is extremely personable, and very thorough with her care and treatment plans. She takes the time needed to explain any medical issues with both me and my daughter. She is very sensitive to the needs of my daughter, and the entire staff is very warm and welcoming. They are sure to ease any anxieties associated with visiting the Dr.
