She was very kind to my mother. Best dr she had for a while.

No bedside manner. Didn’t seem like she cared at all. She made clear that she was leaving the country next month, and that she had 2 other patients waiting. Unbelievably terrible, especially to be in “Family Medicine”.

She was very rude and she didn't seem to really care.

Worst doctor I have ever been to. I will never allow her to see me or any of my family members again. She does not listen and prescribed incorrect medication. She does not read your chart and will jump to the worst possible conclusion. She should not be practicing medicine.

She is a very experienced physician and she makes sure that she is providing evidence-based care to her patients. She is great with kids. Our daughters love Dr. Zhou. She is very good at answering our questions outside the clinic too. We would recommend Dr. Zhou to all our friends.

Dr. Zhou is a great physician with patience, compassion, and professionalism. During my appointment, she addresses all my needs and spends the time explaining things in details to me. She uses the most up-to-date guidelines and makes sure that she gives me the most accurate information. Dr. Zhou not only tries to help me with the disease but also provides me with a lot of helpful advice on how to improve my lifestyle. I can feel that she really cares about her patients' health. Highly recommend!

This physician DOES NOT LISTEN. I got the impression she wanted out of the room as quickly as possible, even telling me I should maybe ask a different doctor about my concerns. Terrible bedside manner, zero compassion.

She doesn't listen to anything you say, I stressed a couple concerns of mine after saying I haven't been to the doctor in years. She addresses only one of the concerns and ignored the others. After having a bad reaction to one of the medications her staff didn't listen and got it mixed up which then I had to wait a couple days more for a response. When I finally received a phone call back, if she would have listened to me the first time in the initial exam she wouldn't be asking me to come back.
