Think twice...
I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my elderly parents received from this practice. The doctor not only lacked any patience or bedside manner, but they also displayed a complete disregard for the wellbeing of their patient. My father, who is a senior and facing significant health challenges, was abruptly told he was no longer welcome at the practice. To make matters worse, the doctor hung up on my elderly mother who is just trying to hold it all together, showing utter disregard for the situation. This is nothing short of patient abandonment. There was no consideration for whether or not another doctor was in place to care for my father, and the entire experience was incredibly disrespectful. It's unfathomable to treat a vulnerable senior this way, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking care to look elsewhere. A medical professional should have compassion, understanding, and respect for all patients, especially those who are elderly and may require more attention and care.

First Dr. to get my A1C under control
I have been going to Dr Pearlman for a couple years now. when I started with her my A1C was over 11 and now it is as low as 6. Whenever I have a question or concern they answer it right away. And everyone is alway helpful. I personally would highly recommend Dr. Pearlman

Ok doctor, terrible staff
Jill needs a serious attitude adjustment. Whenever anything goes wrong or has an issue she just turns completely sour and nasty incredibly quickly as if it’s our fault. We’re all trying our best, diabetes is a horrible disease, but dreading every time I have to call and deal with her.

Horrible experienc
The whole office, except the nurse was nasty. They are very rude and should not be in business. I do not recommend this office.

New Patient
My visit was good. I like Dr. Pearlman and she seems to be a keeper. I get some of the comments about others below but Pearlman is solid people. Everyone has hiccups here and there but after my first two appointments I will continue to go back to her, she doesn't judge and seems to be all about making you better. I don't need anymore friends so I like her approach and directness (plus she get's along with my wife, lol).

OFFICE STAFF
I scheduled my first visit and missed it accidently as I mixed it up with my sons Drs. appt at his orthopedic surgeon. I called back to reschedule as this office was referred to me by my primary who I have been seeing for over 20 years and they rudely got on the phone told since i did not call and missed my appointment ,they would not rescheduled and hung up. I was dumbfounded and frankly have never experienced such unprofessionalism .

The office manager or whatever title she would like "Jill" isn't professional at all, RUDE and not helpful at all. How does one call the doctor office wanting to speak to the doctor and is told that the Doctor will not call me pertaining to the medication SHE prescribed. I understand it's during business hours so after hours I would have been fine. Jill also proceeds to tell me that I would need to speak to a MEDICAL ASSISTANT (really). Ok. In the same conversation I needed to schedule an appointment to see the Doctor. Her response the doctor will not see you until you have your labs. As frustrated as I am, I say ok and hang up. Maybe its to early in the morning, and I figured I would call back later. Called back, no answer. Called back after lunch- Jill answers I proceed to say I would like to schedule an appointment. There's a long pause, I say hello and she proceeds to say the doctor is sending me a letter to release me as a patient. Interesting!!! Says a lot of about the Doctor

Dr. Pearlman is one of the most unprofessional individuals I have spoken to. I was really disjointed. I am the type of woman that likes to see strong professional woman in male dominated areas. She is not one of them. She is rude and aggressive and her staff is to.

My MD sent me to Dr Pearl,an because my thyroid went extremely high. This was in 2015. Her office staff is almost incompetent and seems all they care about is getting their copay, Dr Pearlman’s bedside manner consists of looking at her computer and talking through that. I learned more about my condition on the internet then I did from her. All she did was pump me full of meds, I gained a lot of weight, then she had to cut them because it went too low. Not recommended.

Dr. Pearlman is a very patient and professional physician I have had the pleasure of working with. She has been my Endo doctor for the past 8 years and I have followed her from Holy Cross. She has saved my husband’s life because she was able to direct him to the heart doctor in a timely manner. We love Dr. Pearlman and would recommend her highly.
