Was seen within 30 minutes of appt. Have been a patient for three years and have been treated extremely well. Staff included and Erin listened and answered all my questions.

I have been a pt since 2016, at first I was happy with Dr Lerner, but after about a year they quit e-scripts, because, according to them, Medicare wouldn't let them send scripts by fax anymore, so you had to come pick up your Rx. For which they charged a "short office visit" did not see anyone except office personnel, no doc no nurse practitioner....or, for a small fee they would fax your Rx. Started out at $40, later they charged a one-time fee for 6 months, but since you had to have an appt every other month, still too much, especially since they said they weren't allowed by Medicare to do it at all. Then I had to change a couple of appts, I did call to change them and ask about my balance and how much I needed to pay to be seen again, and someone was supposed to call me back,no one ever called back, and I call today and I have been "discharged from the practice " for missing appointments. I feel like they do not care about me or my pain, only about the money they can get.

I had the lumbar nerve ablation done and finally after 25 years of dealing with all the burning stinging and numbness in my left leg and foot I have relief from all these symptoms. Dr Lehrner did an excellent job at pinpointing and eliminating the problem.

After meeting with his nurse practitioner who displayed the interest and enthusiasm of a cadaver, he graced me with his presence for maybe two minutes. It was immediately evident that he hadn’t read my prior medical records as he dismissively stated that of course I had back pain because of my age (under 50 for the record). I have much more wrong with my back and my last doctor wanted to implant a spinal cord stimulator. He was rude, dismissive and arrogant. Don’t go here.

He explains everything he’s going to do, while he working on you and checking on you afterwards. He very thorough! And I appreciate him so much. Ive Had massive back issues and require injections in my spine for the last 12+ years I’ve been to many neurologists and pain specialists very few of them will actually listen to the patient and work with them this man is one of the ones who listen...we have tried two different injections to see which one gives the most relief not many will do that it’s either there way or no way!

Wait time is ridiculous. Waiting over an hour to see someone. Totally unacceptable. Doctors need to be held accountable. My time is just as valuable as their time. But the pain docs have you boxed in. What can you do.

I was a patient of Dr. Lerner for about 6 months. His entire staff are some of the most professional and nicest people I have dealt with in the medical field. I've been fighting cancer for 6 years and I've dealt with A LOT. I honestly have not one negative thing to say. Their entire program and facility is absolutely top notch on all levels. They get to the root of the issue instead of covering it and delaying progress. They treat patients like people instead of numbers. Grateful, Will be missed
