Guy has made himself available to me whenever I need help with medical concerns, whether it be for my son or myself. He's always treated us like family! His overall demeanor and genuine love for what he does speaks volumes. I'll always turn to him when I need medical advice or a second opinion!

Fortunately, I have very low grade Gleason score. After a very thorough consult with Dr Guy Jones, I elected the 45 external beam radiation plan. I just completed a radiation therapy series with Dr. Jones and his staff at Nevada Oncology. Going to this provider was a great choice. The practice has an excellent atmosphere, and a professional and friendly staff. Dr. Jones goes to great lengths to make certain each patient understands the issues, options and alternatives for their condition. I cannot overstate how well I was treated at all times by Dr. Jones and everyone in the practice. If you are looking for a good, competent and professional radiation oncology practice, this is it.

Just finished a 45 session course of Radiation Therapy under Dr. Jones’ supervision. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and well-educated in his specialties. Also, very open to questions and good at explaining medical conditions and procedures. Likewise, his staff are skilled, caring and professional.

Our Mom was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer; when we visited our local cancer center and received the news we left feeling dismayed and didn't fully understand our treatment options. We called Dr. Jones and told him our situation; Dr. Jones was very helpful and kind, he was willing to review our Mom's medical records and explain our situation and treatment options in layman's terms. Dr. Jones agreed to speak with our whole family while on speaker phone and by the time he explained our situation, what our treatment options were, and what to expect we all felt very comfortable, informed and hopeful for the journey our family will go through caring for our Mom during cancer treatment. Dr. Jones genuinely cares about people and his ability to communicate thoroughly in layman's terms made all the difference for our family. We highly recommend Dr. Jones!

Dr. Jones was by far my favorite cancer doctor. My other treatments weren’t working and made me very sick. When I saw Dr. Jones, he suggested a different approach and it was so much better. He gave me 20 radiation treatments and I had no side effects. Now 2 years cancer free and feeling great!

While Dr. Jones approached my brother's care with a standard protocol, it lacked full disclosure of side effects to the procedures he received. During conference calls, Dr. Jones never discussed the potential for lower-extremity lymphedema, that his lymphatic system would be permanently damaged or any other side effects my brother could/would experience. Consequently and to his shock he now is experiencing Stage 3 Lymphedema. Taking a holistic approach to a patient's care must include post-treatment impact. Moreover, ensure that the patient understands his options should those issues become present. Every patient is different, every single one. Understanding and recognizing that should be part of a patient's protocol.

Dr. Jones took care of me when I had small cell lung cancer (contained) last year and today March 10, 2021 I'm a survivor. Caught my cancer early and Dr jones cured me. Early detection is the key. Great and caring man is Dr. Jones.

Dr. Guy Jones at the Tri-Cites Cancer Center is professional, attentive, courteous, kind, and caring. The Tri-Cities is very lucky to have such a highly skilled physician such as Dr. Jones.
