First & Last visit: incompetent receptionist!!!
I had a 12 noon appointment Tuesday which I made- by phone-a week ago (with the same receptionist) who was there. I came in and wasn’t even greeted by her at the window. I wrote my name, she looked up my appointment, and she asked for my referral. She then told me I couldn’t be seen. I reminded her that she-herself had given me the appointment! She was the “same one” who scheduled it-after I gave her all my info last Tuesday! For clarity-I literally “read” her the referral a week ago-as I was at my other Doctor’s office at the time of the call! My Doctor printed & signed it for me. What’s really pathetic is that she was the very person who “confirmed” the date & time and directed me to bring the referral!! I did exactly as she requested and I find out there-about another requirement!! I politely explain how unfair this was as she now tells me that I needed another “order”! All this-after the fact! I left & will never go back or entrust my medical care to Dr Torres & his inept team.

Dr Torres is one of a kind doctor , he is well spoken, has a lot of patience, he is very thorough and explain everything to the minimum detail. He is wonderful!!
