If you are an older female and white, this doctor is degrading, minimizing and literally speaks down to you. If you mention a medical term from a report, he says you must have googled it instead of asking him. I would NOT recommend him.

Dr. Ortega made multiple balant errors. When they became apparent, he refused take any responsibility and even tried to shift blame to other physicians. His arrogance and general attitude is alarming

As a new patient, the soonest an appointment could be booked was 12 weeks out. (Lost one star for long wait for first appointment) Dr. Ortega listened and asked significant questions about my previous and current health issues. Quality professional presence and manner. Requested my previous health records be obtained for his review. Office staff and medical assistants were courteous and professional. It is a one stop shop for office visit, lab and x-ray. Dr. Ortega was highly recommended to us by licensed nurses who frequently worked with him in the hospital.

Ortega was a very rude physician and arrogant doctor came into my hospital room three separate times insisting I better eat even though my chart specifically said NPO because I was on a JPEG feeding tube!!!!! Then said you better start eating if the tube doesn't work !! One time came in and pulled my blind up even though he was asked to put them down and to turn on the light next to me instead please then laughed and said he isn't a mole the nurse on duty laughed and agreed and left laughing.
