Dr Gustavo and Staff are very nice.
Dr Gustavo has immediately solved my problems with great understanding. My several previous pcp's were not. All of the assistants here were very nice also.

Went in for stomach pain/nausea. Really just wanted to get my gallbladder checked. I had inflammation in my urine so he told me I likely have an STD. I have zero symptoms of an STD and im married! No blood tests were taken at this point either. Brought up STDs 4 times in the visit. Even told me I probably have HIV because I get colds a lot! If not HIV, maybe hepatitis. Made demeaning and sarcastic remarks about my anxiety too. I went to another dr 2 days later, turns out I just had a UTI

I Don’t even know where to begin I have no idea how this man Is even a doctor he has no clue on what he’s doing! I had a cyst on my breast I told him it was a boil and he kept insisting it was breast lump and that it could be cancer sent me to get a mammogram done and it was a breast cyst! Like I had told him at the beginning! Second time he was giving me the wrong dose of medication I had to switch to another doctor in the same clinic to get the correct dose!

Went to see him because a had been throwing everything up for two weeks straight with severe abdominal pains, saw me for about 5 minutes, made me pee in a cup, came back 5 minutes later and told me i had a stomach virus and not to worry that it would go away... two days later gallbladder burst, spent two weeks in the hospital with a severe infection, i do not recommend this doctor at all, be very careful.

Saw my parent in the hospital. Did not read any of the medical records and released my parent to go home who could not get out of bed into a chair without the aide of two nurses, could not stand or talk and had no idea what was going on to go home. If Dr. Mondragon had read the chart, he would of seen this and realized we were waiting to see which rehab facility would be best for this fully insured patient.
