4 years ago a friend recommended Dr Emmick. I was having a minor problem swallowing in morning when I first woke up. My past doctor had just prescribed an antacid. Dr Emmick agreed that an antacid was recommended but also suggested an endoscopy just to make sure there wasn’t anything more serious. The endoscopy found a 5 centimeter tumor. Since it was detected early enough I was able to have surgery to remove the cancer. If not for Dr Emmick I probably wouldn’t be alive today. Besides being a very proficient and caring physician he’s down to earth and easy to chat with.

I’ve been a patient for a very long time. He was great until the past few years. It’s a rush in and rush out. I don’t know if he’s burnt out or what but he’s changed. I also am not happy I can’t even get in to see him ever anymore. What’s the point of having a pcp if you don’t get to see them? When they were in the old building in hooksett off exit 10, everyone was great. The office staff were super friendly. Now they can’t gice messages correctly to the doctor etc. I am looking for a new pcp

My husband and myself have been seeing Gus roughly 3 years now. He knows us inside and out. I always get a appointment when needed. I find he is easy to talk with. If you need extra time just ask him. Sometimes with our insurance he has to go over certain things that can get redundant. He is doing his job well. If we are waiting for a important cat scan result, he will send a message saying its ready to read. He has gone way above normal 8 to 5 business hrs so we don't worry all night. Thks

If this review was ten years ago this review would be off the chart amazing! As the years have gone by he is quick in and out and pushy. We loved him, only doctor my children ever had. But lately you feel more like a dollar sign then a patient. The office staff are great. He doesn't adress concerns just plows over them to get in and out.
