Rude and Terrible Service
I noticed that Dr. Dhindsa was disrespectful and rude when I had my last visit. She rushed over my appointment without asking me how I was doing. She didn’t listen to my concerns, and she is very hard to reach whenever I needed a refill or permission for insulin and would. She makes me pay $200 for each follow up appointment and spends 5 minutes for each appointment. Whenever I have a concern, she always talks over me and doesn’t ever listen to what I have to say. Dr. Dhindsa is also so unprofessional! I will not be coming back. She is not a doctor that cares about her patient. She only cares about the money, and she WILL NOT be getting more of my money moving forward.

Don’t Believe the hype
Upon reading others pass reviews I formed a small opinion. I called the day of my first appointment & discuss concerns to the nurse about the bad reviews that was written. She spoke well about Dr Dhindsa & advise me to have an open mind & not judge her form someone else’s opinion. Then here she walks in dressed in a lovely white dress. She was lovely she took her time & explained her plans for my health. She listened to my concerns & give me great advices. She encouraged me & uplifted me to believe I can & will with her help accomplish my goals! I left with a smile & hope. I felt learned a lesson today & will keep an open mind & not let others form an opinion for me!

I have gone to her for years. More like put up with. I have begged her for help with a genetic endocrine problem and she flat out refused to help. Told me she would only manage my diabetes and by that she meant pay her $200 for 5 minutes to get a refill. I can get that from my pcp. She talks over me and won't let me get a word in. I have left in tears so many times after seeing her. No more. This last phone visit I told her I would find another doctor and hung up on her. I'm so sick of advocating for myself and I get treated like I'm stupid and a hypochondriac. Do not go here. She couldn't care less about you as a person. Save your money and dignity.

Terrible!!!
Dr. Dhindsa was very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t listen to my concerns, rushed me out of the door saying ‘The door is behind you. You may leave, if you don’t like it here’. Having your own practice doesn’t mean you can be rude to patients. Paid $250 for 5 minutes of rudeness. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! Left stressed and frustrated.

Disappointed in this provider. I was optimistic at first but when I went through more insulin than I thought I would go through and needed a refill they said they would not refill till my next appointment which would not have worked because I was out and needed to do a pump change before my appointment. They make it difficult to get your prescriptions. I was able to get a new script for my insulin easily through my pcp no problem. Go to anyone but this practice.

Horrible
She used to be my favorite doctor but i noticed over time She became hard to reach and very pushy about weightloss when it clearly wasn't a problem bmi wise. And she also was very unprofessional, rude, and over all rushy/pushy. I NEVER leave negative reviews and I used to swear by her. I even referred her to my family. but overall her horrific bedside manners over the last visits outweighed the good. I wish I could give ZERO stars. She ruined my self confidence and made me feel unheard. So disappointing.

Dr. Dhindsa is very thorough and does not try to rush away. She takes time to find out what you are dealing with and works with you to find solutions you can manage. She does not try to sugar coat things or give directions that will be difficult to follow. She communicates why things are happening in your body to help you understand why you are having trouble. I think she is a great doctor! Her nurse is top notch as well!
