Dr. Pechero, excellent surgeon, the bad thing is some medical assistant who is very rude and tactless when treating patients

As a workers comp. patient. I had 2 surgeries before with another Dr. I then came to see Dr. Pechero for my 3rd surgery. The surgery with him was absolutely different Dr. Pechero is an awesome orthopedic surgeon. Yes Sometimes you do wait to see him but it’s like that everywhere. He’s thorough and knows his specialty well. His workers comp staff Christina she is an awesome employee. This staff member is not there just for a paycheck she goes over and beyond for her patients. Which I believe that is important. If in need of a orthopedic surgeon I highly recommend Dr. Guillermo Pechero.

I wasn't expecting to get surgery however Doctor Pechero made it a very simple and smooth process. He takes his time to explain the procedure and makes you feel confident in the treatment. Overall I am very happy with my treatment

Went in at night clinic hours with my son and was able to be seen and get his fractured arm casted that same day. Cost less than ER. Convenient and friendly staff.

Dr. Pechero was very thorough when explaining my procedure. I was scheduled within a few days to see him. Very knowledgeable doctor and nurses here.

Great doctor, nice staff and clean clinic

Went in for a shoulder injury last minute, was seen the next day, MRI day after that and saw the doctor again for treatment. Had never seen a specialist so quick. Staff was friendly and detailed when informing me of process to get appointment. Waiting room time was a little long but worth it.

Dr. Pechero was very knowledgeable and clear when explaining my procedure and his nurses and staff were friendly and welcoming. Doctors really take there time and I was able to be seen the day after I called in. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Pechero and his whole team are the absolute best orthopedic facility. Dr. Pechero always listens to me with great detail during my consultations. It shows he really cares about his patients. He has done an incredible job with my knee problems. They have the best equipment and resources, so I know I’m getting the best care. The team has amazing customer service. They always make me feel welcomed and comfortable.

He lied when asked when i would be able to walk on my foot after screws being removed from fibula. He said the day after surgery i would walk wthout cruthes. Ive hurt my foot again because he ddnt provide crutches. Terrible service. Im in severe pain , theres is a delay in my recovery now because of this. Terrible doctor. He is negligent.

my son broke his wrist. I was referred by his family dr to them. i arrived at 330 for the night clinic at 6. well it seems it was not told the sign in , they just took my paper work. so it to 7:00 and I was still sitting and waiting. Client services need told be revamped and 100% improved. my son was uncomfortable and thereven seemed to be not rush.

Not a good experience. Front desk has no idea about insurance. staff and office manager kept denying my son a sign language interpreter when he is profoundly deaf. Had to ask VAIL to intervene and give information about the disability act to management.
