Dr. Guillermo Marrero, MD

Have been using the practice for 8+ years. Dr. Marrero intently listens with great care and concern. He is truly the doctors doctor. The office staff is a delight to deal with and I have never had a problem getting an appointment

This guy is garbage and so is his raggedy staff. Let's begin with the staff. They're rude and incompetent, impatient and condescending. The "doctor".... well, he's completely a mess! He contradicts his directions and thank goodness I have a family member that spotted his mistakes or else my wife would be dead. He doesn't communicate with his staff and when you mention something to them that was discussed with him, such as an excuse for days off work, they stare at you as if you're lying to them. My wife was diagnosed as diabetic and we were given NO assistance to education in regards to this. We were called and told to come pick up prescriptions, that were incomplete I might add, and being that it was Friday, there was no way to contact the office because there is no on call service. This office is terrible an it's led by a terrible doctor. I believe that people who are not melanated are also treated better from things that I've observed. Save your energy and time. Find a REAL doctor!

Excellent doctor. He listens, never makes you feel rushed and is very thorough In his exams. Have been going to him for 10 plus years and referred many of my friends to him.

Dr Marrero es el mejor Dr. que he encontrado en el area; muy profesional, responsable, carismatico, y sobretodo un dagnostico clinico acertado, con mucha experiencia en medicina clinica.

Listens very well. Excellent bedside manner. He has had some excellent support staff & some he could have done well to not have hired. All staff is bilingual, but some of his clinical staff has been difficult to communicate with. My first language is English. Some of his staff does have trouble communicating with me. Communication has never been an issue with Dr. Marrero himself.
