Aside from the long wait, Dr. MacWilliams was very rude and had poor bedside manners. She was our primary doctor years ago and we decided to return to her to care for my mom’s chronic illness. She barely addressed my mom’s medical needs and was obtrusive and abrasive - my mom left feeling worse. I don’t recommend this doctor as she has very little patience or care for elderly patients.

The office functions on a first come, first serve basis so if you have a issue with wait times, make sure to get there early in the day. The staff is very accommodating and tries their best to effectively communicate. Above all else, Dr. Mac Williams is incredible. She gets to know all her patients on a personal level and takes her time with each individual. Highly recommend if you want to have a one on one consultation as opposed to being rushed out. She is definitely worth the wait!

I never saw the Doctor, not even on my first visit. I saw the NP who is wonderful and I have no problems with but most other places usually have the doctor stop in to introduce themselves on the first visit. Also, as a medical professional myself I understand the the wait times at the doctors offices are inevitable, however waiting over 2 hours to be seen even with an appointment is absurd.
