I am traumatized and every time I think of my visit and care I begin to cry all over. Dr. Stipec never spoke to me, introduced herself nor explained my procedure. I truly believe she did not numb me with lidocaine and if she did use it, she did not wait until I was numb. I was in excruciating pain and she NEVER asked nor offered to numb me more but continued with my biopsy without uttering one word of concern or care. I was actually crying uncontrollably in pain and I never heard one caring word from her. She finished the procedure and left as if I was nothing. I have never in my life been treated so poorly and uncaring and wouldn’t recommend her to even touch my dog. This was the most horrific and degrading treatment I have ever had from a medical professional and I am appalled and greatly offended and she doesn’t deserve one star. I felt like I was in a torture chamber being held down to keep me from moving and crying uncontrollably while she stuck objects into my breast.

Appalled and Disappointed
My mother went in for a mri and biopsy and was the patient of Dr. Stipec. My mother left the office in tears. Dr. Stipec either did not use enough numbing medication or did not use it at all as my mother reported that she was in excruciating pain the entire procedure. There were 2 technicians in the room as well who were very professional and helpful pre-procedure as well as during the procedure but Dr. Stipec never once introduced herself nor explained anything before, during or after the procedure. My mother left the office traumatized. When every medical professional in the room became aware of the pain my mother was experiencing, you would expect that they would have rushed to her aid. Instead she was met with the technicians trying to console her by saying it’s almost over and holding her down to keep her still. We are appalled that anyone would treat my mother in this manner. To see my mother crying and so upset after a procedure that is already stress inducing is horrendous.
