Dr Covell is the best!! She really cares about her patients. She listens and she explains everything. She takes her time with you. She goes over everything and and asks if you have any questions. Dr Schlosser was absolutely an excellent physician. She was very thorough asked me how I was doing. Pulled up my x rays and explained in layman's terms everything about my medical condition. She asked questions provided explanations and took the time to respond to me. I was amazed she patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me to get to her next appointment. I value a physician that showed and demonstrated care empathy and concern .

Saw her some years ago for some odd symptoms that I didn't know at the time the cause. She informed me of a first brain tumor Kaiser never told me I had and let me know that wasnt the cause, then refused to look at the MRI again when I begged her to see if something may have been missed that could be the cause of the symptoms. 2+ years later I find out from another hospital that there is a second brain tumor, that she did indeed miss and was on that MRI I had begged her to look at. Which was the cause of the odd symptoms. I got medication to manage the symptoms (as it was not an ideal tumor to remove) and my quality of life was greatly improved. In the future she should take more time for her patients and actually look at the MRI herself especially when there are odd symptoms. The brain tumor was very hard to miss, even I could see it on that MRI and I'm not even trained. Nearly ruined my life.

I have been her patient for over 3 years and not by choice. I was assigned to her at Kaiser. She is very unresponsive and is rarely in the office. It can take over 5 days to get a call back or email response from her office. I think she is just there to collect a paycheck and It doesn't appear to me that she cares about her patients.

Was taken on time and greeted respectfully. Dr. Schlosser knew the reason for my visit and had looked at my health records before seeing me. She referred me to specialty departments to help my problem and told me to schedule a follow up appointment in four months but to call her if I had questions.
