Dr. Gregory Swanson, MD

I had a severe infection in my Parotid gland in Feb ‘23 I was fortunate to have him for ENT to treat me for this infection, he’s an excellent specialist and to the point on how important it was to get rid of all the infection, as it delayed my knee replacement and the decision was now up to him as to when I was well enough to go forward. I appreciated Dr Swanson’s “bedside manor” he is confident, and concerned with your best interest. He’s a Dr. of few words and if you have a question …. Ask !! Dr Swanson was patient and treated me with kindness and he was great with my stress in all of it, as I was disappointed in the delay of at least 2 months in my knee replacement, but he made it clear this came first! If I, or my family have anything requiring ENT …. Dr Swanson is our choice! He cleared me for April for my total knee & I felt confident that I was well healed to go forward safely without complications! .Cathy

I had septoplasty surgery with Dr. Swanson and the process up to the surgery went well, but after that not so great. Dr. Swanson is very personable and knowledgeable doctor and helped with any questions I had along the way and the surgery went smooth. After the surgery I had my follow up appointment and I explained to Dr. Swanson that I wasn't completely satisfied and still couldn't breathe freely out of one of my nostrils. He understood and gave more suggestions and said that follow up appointments wouldn't be charged. He recommended that I try flonase so I did that for a month and showed up at my next appointment. The front desk people would not let me in to see him without paying the co-pay, which I was told at the previous appointment by the doctor that I wouldn't have to pay it. I was in the office for about 20 minutes while one person talked to another, who talked to another, but never got the actual doctor who said it to me involved, so I did not end up having the appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Gregory Swanson; he has excellent credentials. I was so happy to learn my health insurance accepted him for he had helped me in the past. I was able to get in rather quickly to see him and was pleased I didn't have to wait months like one may have to do when seeing a specialist. He listens to your concerns and has always resolved any issues I had quickly. Dr. Swanson is an excellent ENT doctor.

I've had Dr. Swanson for two different surgeries in the last couple of years, He and his staff were fantastic to deal with. He has a great bedside manner and is one of the few doctors I've met with that wasn't in a hurry to rush you out and get to the next patient. He always made sure that all my questions were answered thoroughly before I left, and both surgeries went well and had no complications.

Wonderful doctor. Very personable and explains everything in terms a person understands.
