Since my first visit, I have been so impressed with his attention to detail, willingness to listen and offer suggestions and possible solutions to other areas as well as my hormone treatment, that effect my quality of life. He is patient and explains everything not only to me, but to my significant other. I always receive a follow up email, which is huge to me. I had gone to a different provider for a number of years prior to coming here and was very unsatisfied by the lack of attention from the physician there and the very poor customer service. I was having some issues with my pellets, a side effect, and was not getting the concern or offer of solutions to the problem. I have had no side effects or issues what so ever here and each time, I am asked how I am doing. The customer service from the entire staff is outstanding. 5 stars all the way around.
