I’ve been going to Dr Parr’s office for over ten years. First and foremost the receptionist is the best ever. If she could be cloned all offices would be top notch. I’m not a big guy butt Dr Parr is and I have no problem seeing his assistant Christen she has much smaller hands. LOL

When I went and met this man I thought he was the greatest thing since sliced bread until he did my surgery now I know things happened during surgery but he did not want to admit that he screwed me up for all the 11 years I have been using a catheter because of this man I finally found a new doctor that proved to me that I got nerve damage from him! Dr. Parr wouldn't even help me with my Social Security disability ,because I have self catheterize , because of him.. Well Dr. Parr Karma is coming and you know I can't even go after you for it it's been way over five years every dog has its day! And he knew I lost my insurance right after my surgery from a divorce.. so it took till recently to find an HONEST Urologist !!

Thrown out of office
Signage on outside door shows "Masks Required", when I asked provider to wear a mask in my presence - I was told they will not care for me and threw me out of their office.

I have been going to Dr. Parr for at least 10 years and find him excellent though I do see his PA each routine visit. He explains everything well and also will send you to extremely qualified surgeons/radiologists should the need arise. I would highly recommend.

I went to his office in 2007 and 2019 and got a cysyoscopy both times. Even with multiples appts I never met the Dr until the day of the procedures when they were done for a minute. Both times I was self pay and told I really should get it with anesthesia. It wasn't nice without, so I paid out of pocket for it but then later went to another urologist this year and had to do it again and they said most people don't do anesthesia just for that. That Dr just prefers to do everything with anesthesia. I talked to 2 people close to me that did it without general anesthestia and were fine. So I did it without and it wasn't bad so I feel they ripped me off and why I'm writing this now. The PA or MA I saw was cold and talked too fast. I later read there were other med options she didn't tell me about I could have tried for my issues. The office didn't return calls sometimes and the recording said the office was closed when it wasn't, so really frustrating to deal with. Read Less

If you fill out your paperwork they send you, EVERYTHING goes so much faster and smoother. I found all of his staff to be polite and they all had a ready smile. Dr Parr explained everything about my condition and what he thought was a perfect strategy. I find it refreshing to meet a doctor who doesn’t have all the answers and admits it may take some time to find the correct solution to my problems.

DR PARR HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR FOR A VERY LONG TIME. I HAVE KIDNEY STONES AND A BLADDER SITUATION. I`VE HAD A MEDICAL DEVICE KNOWN AS AN INTERSTIM (HELPS WITH BLADDER CONTROL) DEVICE RECENTLY REMOVED AFTER 10 YEARS. MY BLADDER ISSUES HAVE IMPROVED GREATLY AND I NO LONGER NEEDED IT. DR PARR IS VERY KIND, CARING AND HIS SENSE OF HUMOR IS GREAT. HE AND HIS STAFF DO A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURE AND WHAT THE RECOVERY PROCESS WILL BE LIKE. I WOULD GIVE DR PARR 10 STARS BUT THEY ONLY ALLOW 5 AS YOU ALL KNOW. THANK YOU DR. PARR !!!!!!

Dr.Parr used to be a hands on provider..I went in for a Kidney stone procedure last year, and after I was in the surgery center, the nurses came back with someone from billing, saying they had to cancel my procedure unless I could pay them $800 on the spot.... I did; and after the stone removal, I ended up back at the hospital that night, with severe pain...An xray showed they didn't get all the stone!! They charged me full price to repeat the procedure..even though it was THEIR FAULT!!

I had appointments with him on two occasions and he was not in the office and I had to see his PA. His scheduling people never said that he would not be present and I must see a PA. The second visit I was depending on him to give me direction on a surgical procedure. He was not there and I received poor advice. I had to go to another Urologist not in his practice but in Orlando where I was able to see an Urologist and have a plan for the proper surgery.
