Dr. Pappas, although extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise, lacks human sensitivity. He belittles all patients understanding of medicine in the most condescending tone available at his disposal. He's unreachable and his office never picks up, often hours at a time. He fails to understand what a patient is, and what they need, only berating you with his opinion with total disregard for you emotions in the process. Safe to say, would not recommend.

his main receptionist it's a horrible young lady she cursed at me and my wife disrespected me several times now and I am a Disabled American veteran so far Dr Pappas has done nothing to rectify the situation
