I really liked Dr. Pannicia but Wendy and the other office person were devoid of kindness or compassion! I felt extremely intimidated by them. I’m very surprised that a doctor would hire office people like that in a mental health clinic where people who come in are fragile emotionally and would benefit greatly from a smile and Warm greeting! People who suffer from depression are very in tune to negative energy and these two exude negativity! I was very glad when I was able to have my appointments at home so I didn’t have to converse with them in the office but still when I had to call In, it felt like I was talking to no nonsense business people from the IRS! If having staff who are good at collecting money a priority over someone who is friendly and kind, then I would rather see somebody else!
