NEVER MET A MORE CRUEL AND INSENSITIVE DOCTOR-BEWA
I've been having heart issues for 6 months. Waited 3 months to get an appointment due to communication errors between Gregory Nowack and my Gen Dr. In the meantime I lost my job and insurance. Mercy had no problem with doing the stress test knowing I had no insurance but this so called doctor won't give me the results. I do have mychart, but I'm supposed to just diagnose myself because I don't have insurance anymore and cannot afford his exuberant office fee in 6 hours notice. I explained my situation and the nice customer service rep kept running back and forth asking if a nurse could talk to me about the results and he denied that as well!!! He said to follow up with my doctor. She's a PA who cannot answer questions that she is not qualified for! Plus the images are subliminal so she can't tell anything anyway. Meanwhile, I'm just supposed to keep passing out while having chest pains and go to the ER because this guy is too above giving me my diagnosis. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
