Excellent Provider
Telehealth
I have been seeing Dr. Narron for medication management for many years now and have always had a positive experience. Dr. Narron doesn’t spend ten minutes with you and then write you a prescription, he cares about all aspects of your life that impact your mental health. His office staff are friendly, professional, helpful and respond to my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about this practice and am baffled by some of these negative reviews.

Easy to work with
My company has contracted Dr. Narron's service for over 12 years and I have personally worked with Dr. Narron and his staff for over 3 years. He and his staff are easy to work with, knowledgeable, and genuine.

What a nightmare.
When I was referred here by my therapist, I was expecting help. I was referred directly to Dr Narron, not anybody else. Nobody else's name was said at any point during my signing up. When I arrived, I was told I'm seeing someone named Jason, who within the first 5 minutes of the appointment became judgemental and condescending. When I had my practitioner switched to Dr Narron, again, the person I was told I was going to see, it seemed fine for the first 3 weeks. Then I noticed that every appointment (I was seeing him WEEKLY) he had to spend 10-15 minutes of the 30 minute appointment looking at his notes to try and remember who I was. Every medicine he prescribed didn't help me, only gave me awful side effects, like rapid weight gain, rage episodes, and near total emotional death. He constantly forgot my therapist's name, which could cause issues with insurance. Lastly, he never seemed like he knew what was happening, as if he was high or just not mentally there.

Run! Run! Run! Read the other reviews! Horrible doesn’t even begin to describe my experience here. The office staff is impossible. I have caught the woman lying every time I had to deal with her about things that were irrelevant. The office manager could quite literally care less. I have left messages letting them know I needed a call back. Crickets. My nurse practitioner is great. Nothing is worth this train wreck of an office. Nothing! The ordeal of just being able to speak to someone is insane. After you fill out the pages of paperwork they review it snd decide if they are going to call you back or not. That’s just the begging. Please don’t take my word, call and listen to the 5 minute diatribe about how many ways you will be charged abs how you will leave a cc on file to use at their bed to charge as they see fit. That’s just the beginning! Run!

my provider is ok and can help sometimes (although my questions are hardly ever taken seriously), however, the front desk staff are extremely rude. the scheduling lady makes me want to cry every time i have to talk to her because she is so rude to me. in fact, i’m currently looking for a new provider because of her. they also do not have voicemail, so if you need to relay a message after hours or over the weekend, you’re screwed.

I am a local physician and brought my daughter to Dr. Narron's office. His staff was callous, inattentive, failed to respond to any messages, including requests for prescription refills. My daughter's medicine ran out due to their poor service. When I brought this to their attention we were discharged from their office. I would never recommend this office to anyone.
