Dr. Gregory Jia, MD

I arrived early and had barely sat down when they called me back. His nurse was efficient and so pleasant, just as his receptionist was. Dr Jia reviewed my scans, explained what they meant, and ordered a more specific scan to focus in on the issue. He was pleasant but also serious about the next steps and he was reassuring.

No wait time, friendly staff, was not in a rush

Was informative above my case up front and knew what the line of treat was going to be.

Dr Jia is always very kinda & explains everything where you can understand what is going on or what you need to know. I would definitely recommend him.

Did not care. Did not listen. Was not smart enough to help anyway. Poor comprehension of grammar. A waste of time.Disgusting.

The appointment was quick, painless, and I feel great 4 days later. Dr. Jia was also the only doctor I could find that would see an active duty military member.

Dr. Jia and his staff were very professional and courteous. They took the time to listen to my elderly father. They explained the procedures and options to him thoroughly.

The doctor and nurse were great but the office staff is rude and ignorant. They will ask you to sign digital documents and if you ask to see what you’re signing they point to a laminated piece of paper and ask you to “trust them” that what you sign is the same as the paper. Not a big deal if it’s anything other than health documentation. They get obnoxious if you point out that you can’t actually know what you are signing unless they show you what it is. And really, it’s not a legal document if they don’t let you actually see it. Seems like a violation of informed consent laws. Doctor and nurse were both fantastic though.

My visit lasted less than 5 minutes, he stated I needed a kidney Dr.he could have called me and said that. Two Drs stated that I did not need a kidney Dr. and refered me to a urologist.
