Was to have cardiac ablation procedure 10/10/19. During surgery Dr. Francisco caused cardiac perforation and tamponade. He said he was sorry... He did tell my husband and myself that there can be complications, during my pre-op office visit.

I trust dr. Francisco with my life. He was an asset to the naval medical center and will be a blessing to which ever medical facility he goes to later on.

Dr Francisco was the only doctor to Successfully diagnose me. He is very friendly, and will work with you in any way he can, his level of professionalism is unmatched by any other care provider I have ever meet.
