Dr. Fleming has been my ENT since my broken nose in high school. He performed surgery in 2009 and again February 2017 when the deviated septum was causing repeat sinus infections. I adore Dr. Fleming, he's patient, flexible, and takes the time to explain to you in detail exactly what is wrong and possible courses of action. Fleming has the most gentle approach when you're in pain and while he doesn't always have much time, his appointment scheduling is clearly not under his control

Excellent. He was on target where as other doctors misdiagnosed or misunderstood my daughter's ear drainage problem. Also very pleasant and addressed questions clearly.

Dr. Fleming never truly listened to anything I was saying. He performed a surgery that was not only unsuccessful but left me worse off than before with new, and now omnipresent discomfort. My deviated septum is still deviated (was NEVER fixed) and was perforated either during or post surgery (but never acknowledged in any follow up visit by Dr. Fleming). Tired of my ongoing complaints, I was sent to a neurologist and never heard from him again. Totally demoralizing. The WORST.

Like many practitioners, his ENT practice is under Summit Medical Group. Although he may be a quality Dr. it seems unnecessary & repetitive tests were done, likely due to the 'up sales' approach of the Summit Medical Group. At 2 appointments he was clear when asking questions; however, he did not explain or prepare me for a sinus scope both times. I had the sinus scope, 10 days later a CT Scan confirming a sinus infrection, 2 days later another scope - why? Looking for independent ENT.
