Whoever answered the phone and claimed to own the practice asked why I wish to see the doctor to which I replied I had received an injury which needed attention. They then asked again why I actually wished to see a doctor. I then merely asked them in a moderate tone, in disbelief at their incompetence, what I had just said. They immediately became COLD and BRUTAL and said they would DENY ME MEDICAL SERVICE, made a SARCASTIC comment to me a person seeking medical help and then hung up the phone.

Dr Berens treated my mom for over 20 years before she died at 93 My husband and I are also his patients. Dr Berens is a very caring and compassionate man who has gone way over and beyond in treating us and our Lyme Disease and many other health issues.
