That I didn’t have to wait, my appointment was at 2;45. I was called exactly at 2:45. The staff was cheerful abs a genuine atmosphere!

I would highly recommend Dr. Sobeck
Dr. Sobeck and his staff have been professional, informative, and show genuine commitment to patients. All of my questions prior and after surgery have been answered and kept informed. I feel that my progress matters as much to Dr. Sobeck and his staff as it does to me.

Not a good visit
I got there 15 minutes early like I was asked. Waited for an hour before I got taken back. Waited some more. Then when the doc did come in he rushed through things and continually cut me off as I tried to answer and ask questions. Never was there a brief explanation or apology for running an hour late. Also, reception seems more interested in their own conversations than paying attention to the customer window. A little communication goes a long way.
