I have not met with Dr Orlando though I have consulted with his practitioner. Excellent knowledge and explanation of potential injury. Further testing needed to check severity and establish treatment plan. The office staff dropped the ball. I needed prior authorization for testing and after three calls to the insurance company they have yet to submit medical documentation. I have four call back requests to the office in a period of a week, including a request to have the office manager call me to discuss my concerns. To date, no call back. Extremely disappointed in the lack of concern for my ortho care. Still cant blame the doctor.

Anyone who refers to patients and staff as “kids” is very demeaning. He is a terrible surgeon who does not have compassion toward patients or their families. Accuses patients of lying when they are in trouble as a result of surgery. Please do not go to him if you value your body and life in general.

I have had several surgery so by dr.orlando and his staff and np are one of the best staff you will find .not only do they listen to your concerns they address them in a timely manner. If your suffering from carpitunel or cuberneltul syndrome he is the one to see.. had issues with both hands and he did a great job despite the issue returing in ny right arm worse this second time I still say he is the best and believe that he will get me back on track once again...so for him and his staff 5 star
