Excellent physician
I have been seeing Dr. Galler for over 20 years when first diagnosed with Hep B which eventually led to a liver transplant. He was and remains to be the most kind, caring and thorough doctor we could ever ask for. I wouldn’t be where I am without him.

Colitis
Be careful with this doctor. He is irresponsible, just wants an easy job. He can let you die on bed without any actions. I wish I can give him a zero star. After a colonoscopy with him on Aug 25, 2022, he told me for 1 minute that I had colitis but not treatment plan give. When I went home, I had flare-ups, rectal bleeding, diarrhea a dozen times a day. I had to call the nurse for prescription. Even though I daily reported the symptom did not improved, he let me wait & wait until I am exhausted. Finally after a month of diarrhea, I ran to ER, they save my life, gave me IV fluids and antibiotics. In the meantime, he did not admit me to the hospital, just sent message, wants to know the name of prescription and careless my condition.

Dr. Galler has monitored my Crohn's Disease for 5 years now. He and his nurse Ann Clayton work so well together. He has always trusted me as a patient, and believes that I know my body well enough to know when something is off. He is always available, and always takes the time to follow up on issues himself. You're the best, Dr. Galler! And nice picture, by the way :).

Wow - He spent so much time with me - a younger guy but with super, old fashioned professional bedside manners. He talks you like he cares, and he has a lot of experience which is reassuring. I'd send anyone to him - class act, great doctor!

Dr. Galler has been my GI specialist for years. As I have a serious autoimmune disease, Dr. Galler is always responsive, caring, and kind, constantly working with me on managing my condition and my quality of life. When I flare, he has regularly personally called me to check on me - really, who still does that? He is great. Only negative would be the KS hospital admin staff is not caring or responsive, but Dr. Galler and his staff are great.

Care, consultation and follow-up was lacking all the way around. There's nothing worse than a Doctor who doesn't listen, has support team with poor follow-up and tries to give comic relief during the 5 minute consultation. I ALWAYS left feeling under-served and less informed. Not the situation to be in with a life-threatening illness.
