I was referred to dr.Brockbank from a recent visit with another dr. Of mine. It’s hard for me to wrap my head around how & why, when, he treated me so poorly. I do not recommend him treating anyone else like how he treated me. Sad very Sad.

I’m a patient that has never cared about the ratings of any dr’s in all my years of going to a specialist before. Now I’ve learned an invaluable lesson about these one stars to 5 stars ratings. As a patient with allot of my share of specialties for my dr’s I’ve learned a very valuable lesson about ratings & why patients see their own results from seeing a certain amount of dr’s in their own eyes that are wide open to their own perception & reality of a dr. They see or have seen about the specialties they went to medical school for. In fact I had my eyes closed when I saw dr. Greg Brockbank. I have had three different specialists that have done bad patient care for me & or have hurt me with their patients care visit summaries. I now have my eyes wide open to all patients rating & treatment they’ve received from this dr. & other dr’s. Shame on me for ever trusting dr. Brockbank who was actually referred to me by a horrible dr. I should’ve known that there I was wrong. I do not recommend!

Dr. Greg Brockbank
I live out of state, my mother lives in Utah, we talk about this horror movie she’s been in made up of deceit for her diagnoses that he doesn’t even specialize in? Unless he has a continuous history of having other specialties in my mom’s health. This situation is not normal behavior for a dr. & he had no business underlining health issues my mom doesn’t even have. His misdiagnosis has caused my mom more pain than ever. I can’t in my good conscience recommend dr. Brockbank to any other patient to suffer at their expense or healthcare & medical insurance companies that pay for a real service that didn’t exist in dr. Brockbanks office. Immoral, deceitful, & just plain evil he caused her, my mother is so traumatized by the lies & the real pain excruciating pain before & after his misdiagnosis of her. It’s unbearable to see her when I go visit her & talk everyday on the phone. She’s broken down into pieces with this. In the olden days, they would call him a medicine man or a flim flam man.

I don’t recommend this dr. To any patient who wants the right treatment. I saw this dr. And he didn’t act like he knew what he was doing or saying. I had to find a different dr. After I went to this doctor. He put in his notes weird diagnosis’s I didn’t even have. I felt betrayed.

MY THIRD PODIATRIST AND THE LAST I’LL NEED!
I saw Dr. Brockbank after seeing two podiatrists closer to my home (both of whom were highly rated and I actually liked them both). After having surgery performed by one of these other podiatrists, I experienced some complications post-surgery. I found Dr. Brockbank and have been seeing him since. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a great doctor! He listens to all of my questions and concerns and answers every one. We are currently trying some conservative treatments, but if those don’t work, I wouldn’t hesitate to have Dr. Brockbank perform a corrective surgery on my foot. I trust him completely. It also is a HUGE bonus that his office and medical staff are also amazing. I have never waited more than a minute or two to be seen in over a half dozen visits to the office.

If you want to know how to find a quality foot surgeon, ask other foot surgeons in the industry: "Who would you go to if you needed foot surgery?" That is how I found Dr. Greg Brockbank. And I am grateful every day. Dr. Brockbank performed successful surgeries on both my feet and I highly recommend him. Altho I have 28 reasons, here are a few: rock-solid, professional, responsive, level-headed, calm, compassionate, and takes the time to answer all your questions (and I ask a lot of questions!)

Dr. Brockbank's misdiagnosis was based on a cursory view of my lower legs. This delayed needed imaging for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan causing months of stress and aggravation. It appears too that some of his staff are not well enough trained.

I waited almost 60 min in the waiting room before being called back to an exam room. This was my 1st appt with Dr Brockbank, being referred by my Primary for a diabetic foot exam. I expected to have foot sensation checked with the pin poke test, but this was not done, even after I told the Dr I had loss of feeling and was taking medication for the pain of diabetic neuropathy. I feel I was rushed through the appointment, only to have the visit denied by medical insurance.

I went to him for part time foot pain. After the operation I have full time pain with nerve damage. He cannot tell me what is wrong or how to repair the damage. I am a cripple now.
