I am most grateful and thankful to have Dr Farid as my eye surgeon. My whole experience with her has been, positive, comforting & excellent! The care & attention I have received from the Clinic staff, also, has been great, as to all details, explanations and my treatment at the Clinic. The wait time to check-in and to be admitted to my appointment was longer than I expected it to be. The wait time to see the doctor for this follow-up appointment and my last follow-up appointment was also long than I would have expected it to be. Overall I was extremely happy with everyone that cared for me and with the outcome of my surgery. Much thanks to the entire UCI team.

The communication of any issues to the doctors and getting feedback from the doctors NOT staff or technician needs significant improvement. This is common issues across UCI health system.

I like your way of serving people, as you can ask your employees something with great pleasure, with a smile, they answer me. They help me with the ease that they can help me. I am very happy and satisfied with the way they are. I have no complaints about Teresa. On the contrary, I thank them very much, I like the way their workers at the clinic are.

I've been coming here for over 20+ years, and this is the 1st time I never had to wait 4 hours . Four hours is ridiculous. I've seen , different staffs, different Doctors, office gone through many renovations over the years, but one thing never changes is that 4 hour wait time. FIX IT!!!

Very busy out-patients clinic. Waiting time to be seen by fellow was quite long. I understand the situation, me being a doctor too

Dr. Farid is brilliant, caring and warm. Dr. Farid is an amazing surgeon! {staff name removed} is so sweet, comforting and knowledgeable. My cataract surgery was and is incredible. My vision is beyond perfect. I was so scared prior to surgery having to do with the eyes, but the surgery was painless, quick and easy. I'm looking forward to my left eye surgery without any concern.

I actually did not get to see Dr. Su or Dr. Farid. My visit was supposed to be a quick 30 minute visit. I was kept in a waiting room for more than 30 minutes. I had to flag down some assistants and tell them that I was going to miss my ride home from a service that I had arranged. They were kind enough to get another physician in to do the follow up visit. I had arranged the ride giving me more than an hour for the visit. Please don't tell patients the visit will be a quick 30 minutes when it most likely will be at an hour and a half or 2. For my next follow up visit I have arrange a ride 2+ hours after the appointment time. I am very happy with the care and competency of the physicians.

Had a good experience. Maybe, written PO instructions would be helpful. A lot to remember as i am listening to their home care instructions and what is happening during the PO visit.

I recently had cataract surgery. Doctor FARID is excellent. I was very nervous. The doctor and staff made me comfortable and safe.

We loved the staff they made us feel very comfortable that we were in the best facility to care for my son's eyes.
