She did my potenza treatment. There were three visits. It was so very painful. I expressed that it to her that I needed a local for the pain or maybe some ice ,she would do neither. She seemed so heartless.I’m so sorry I paid so much money only to have her hurt me

A little more of a wait than I really wanted but I think the overall visit went well. And I'm not your average patient, I have a fear of treatment/doctors so if I can say the visit went ok than I'm sure anyone else would be happy with their visit with Dr Kwon. She listened and took her time with me. Her staff were thorough and I felt they treated me with care.

Horrible. Rushed 1st time visit. I had multiple issues and she would only address 2. Argued with me that i have to have prior authorization for a podiatry visit, when im well aware an allcare written referral is all i need to cover first 2 visits. Very rude and unprofessional. Did not want to give medd for depression at first. Hmmm. Ill never go here again!!
