I See Really Well for Distance and for Reading
Dr. Bai did implants in both eyes when I had cataracts say 15 years ago. I used glasses for distance and glasses for reading before my surgery. I have not needed glasses for the past 15 years. THANK YOU Dr. Bai !

Cataract Surgery May 2024
Dr Grace Bai, is very professional, kind and reassuring. Even when large part of her clientele population are of Korean descendence, she give everyone the same time, treatment and care as to all of her patients. The staff is very well organized and efficient. The office itself is not too big but just perfect for those of us who feel intimidated about eye surgery. In general my experience with Dr. Bai and her staff has been a very possitive one.

she restored my eyesight!
I can't say enough positive things about Dr Bai. I had been wearing glassed since kindergarten and had a terrible astigmatism ( neg 12). I was having trouble seeing at night, and it was getting difficult, because of my job I need to see at night. She recommended Cataract surgery and talked to me about torek lenses possibly correcting my vision. I finally decided to move forward with the surgery. My vision , now, is 20/20 and 20/ 25. She is a MIRACLE worker. I cry every time i think about finding her has literally changed my life! Thank you, Dr Bai!!!

Cataract success
Because of my insurance my opthamologist handed me off to Dr. Bai for my surgery. That was my lucky day. All of my questions and concerns were answered in detail, I never felt rushed. The surgeries on both eyes came out perfect. At my follow up with my regular opthamologist her workmanship was admired. The office staff was also very helpful.

Dr. Bai is a dedicated physician to her profession, yet her staff either by directive or scheduling requirements overbook her and her tech. Then when over 45 mins had passed post the scheduled on the day of the visit was called in for a rushed comprehensive exam that was not was requested by the PT. Then to add insult to injury the new tech forgot to properly test the current glasses for the correct RX. Then, needless to say, both the PT's and physicians' bedside manners were frazzled during the actual eye exam. I did expect better from a seasoned veteran of over twenty years of Opthalmology practice.

I've been her patient for a very long time and I'm very satisfied with her because she's very easygoing and positive. I sometimes get anxiety with other physicians but Dr. Grace is very reassuring and takes her time to get to know her patients and never rushes with me. Her positive energy radiates and is always projected on to me, I leave her office feeling great.

Dr. Bai did my cataract surgery and really calmed me down as I was terrified for anything done to my eyes. I had no problems and everything went very well. She has kept up with me since then. I had an appointment recently and found that the place I got my glasses at (America's Best) really screwed up my prescription when she checked them. I know I wasn't seeing that well but thought I had to get used to them as they were progressive and never had that before. After finding out this was wrong she suggested Costco of all places. I was kind of shocked but I went and the service there was great and I got my glasses fast and I was able to see so well after leaving. THANK YOU Costco but especially Dr. Bai for being so honest and caring to make sure I was getting the best care! I appreciate honesty and directness but still caring, you'll find that in Dr. Bai. THANK YOU AGAIN, DR. BAI, YOU'RE THE BEST. YEA!! I CAN SEE!!

Dr. Bai. Saves my mother's eye. Hospital sent us to her as the on call doctor. While we had to wait a while for exam, once Dr. Bai thoroughly examined eye, she immediately began treatment and protocol for resolution. She was direct in her instructions and encouraging with each subsequent and frequent visit back. I appreciate the effort she made and her concern for my mother's care.

Dr. Bai is highly professional, experienced and confident specialist. She is a great listener and clear communicator. She took care of my ophthalmological problems with very positive attitude. I have tremendous confidence in her abilities and would not hesitate to benefit from her expertise again, as well as I'd recommend Dr. Bai to other patients.
