Awesome cardiologist
Dr Ayafor is a very good listener and never rushes an appointment. Her answers to my questions are easy for a layperson to understand, especially regarding medications. She makes good suggestions and I feel she has my best interests in mind. Her nurse Dawn is great as well. Highly recommend both.

Excellent doctor. Knows my (extensive) medical history and always has my records up on the computer. Listens carefully to my concerns. One of the best doctors I've ever had!!

Dr Ayafir seemed genuinely interested in me. Asked questions re my life outside of routine health exam. I left feeling I was not just another patient on her schedule. She was genuine.

Dr.Ayafore is too kind. She is the only provider I have seen in years who looked at my medication list, my results and wondered if all of it was truly necessary. It was not. I was being over prescribed. Not malciously but Dr.Ayafore saved me from that. She always listens to how medications make me feel so I feel heard and seen. My mental health matters as much as my heart health. Because she cares about me I did not feel the usual shame when she suggested weight loss might help. And while I am trying now I also do not want to disappoint her.
