The service was outstanding

My first visit with Dr. Suneela was Oct. 30, 2023. Haven’t been back to see her & was supposed to several times by today (Feb. 6, 2024). During my visit to discuss several issues but my anxiety was the number 1 problem I was needing help with, Dr. Suneela recommended using a DNA testing kit to help with medication, which was her idea because I’d never heard of it before. She recommends this step but then follows up with we’ve just moved offices & I’ll have to find the kits, “can you call back up here in like 5-7 days to see if we’ve located it.” I agreed, called 1 week later & was told a completely different story, “we have to order the kits & that could take 7-10 days, can you call back up here then.” I call back up to the office about a week later & get a different story, “we haven’t gotten them in but when we do, we will have to be trained on how to use the DNA kit for this purpose.” I refused to call back after the 3rd phone call & it is February 2024 & NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THE DR

Dr. Suneela is more experienced and patient friendly. Once I see and talk to Dr. Suneela, I feel I am alright.

Absolute trash. Rude front desk clerk to start the visit off then she makes you wait 1 hour minimum, sometimes up to TWO HOURS to even come in the room. And shes in there for 2 minutes at most. I wish I was exaggerating. She has absolutely no regard for your time or that you had to leave work to get an appt. And Lord help you if you have a question about a lab result or anything outside of a common cold. Honestly no clue how this woman has managed to keep a practice
