If you need a prostate cancer doctor choose him
My father who had prostate cancer was a patient of Dr. Brown. Throughout my dad’s entire cancer journey, Dr. Brown kept us informed of where we were at in this journey. Sometimes it was good news and sometimes it wasn’t. But there were no surprises. Dr. Brown uses the latest treatments and is aware of other treatments if you need to detour from the plan in place. We felt we were in good hands. He was easy to talk with when we needed guidance and frankness.

(Voorhees office,) First Impression: Big office, when calling patients, they rudely yelled out last names only. I was there for an ER follow-up (cyst on kidney) and was given a long, poorly copied form to fill out. When seen, I had to remind both the nurse and doctor that I was there to follow-up on that specific issue. I was given a test re: bladder emptying - not my complaint. Dr. Brown was more dismissive than reassuring about the kidney cyst, and actually was prepared to perform a prostate exam right then and there. I have been following up on that elsewhere on regular intervals, and in no uncertain terms, told him I was NOT there for that reason. Terrible experience!
