Excellent doctor!!
I was diagnosed with both Ankylosing spondylitis and Rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Pen is fantastic! He takes time with you as a patient, no rushing, explains and supplies direct answers in detail. His staff responds very quickly via MyChart and has been nothing but concerned. I highly recommend.

Dr. Penmetsa takes the time to listen to my concerns, he addresses any new pains or issues I have and he works together with me on treatment plans. He is very friendly and personable and I would recommend him.

Dr. Penmetsa never seems rushed in that he takes time to thoroughly explain treatment options. When I have questions I can email him through MyChart and he responds usually within 24 hours or less. My husband has been with me at two of my rheumatology visits and he’s also impressed. We cannot say too many good things about Dr. Penmetsa.

The appointment went well and we got X-rays and were supposed to hear back from them by a certain day, it was about a week past that day that we heard any response. The X-rays came back that everything was fine and he said that would happen. He then calls and theres nothing he can do and just call if i get more pain. We told his nurse (again) that the pain was widespread. Again we had to wait awhile and then we got another call saying that he didn't know about the other joint pain. Not worth it.
